Data Capture Forms
With Spira’s AI eMarketing tool already in place, Sodexho needed an automated method to capture and build up users contact details directly from their new web site (designed by ABA Design). Spira therefore implemented four simple web forms on each of the sites; each form gathers the user’s user type, business sector and the user’s location. The submitted data is then passed directly into the AI eMarketing user database, where Sodexho can create and distribute the e-marketing newsletter to all of their different target audiences.
