I have the best job in the world as it involves me in my favourite hobbies ~ sports, travel, food and wine! The business has changed enormously since 1974, as have my responsibilities.

My job now is the strategic development of the business concentrating on technology. I also look after the foreign exchange as well as cooking the curries for our annual visits to the Rosslyn Park 7’s. My exit strategy is coaching the Epsom College Under 15’s who got to the 2005/6 Daily Mail semi finals. And a little bit of travel!

All time favourite sporting moment: 23rd March 1961 at 16.15 hrs. Lansdowne Road. U15 Junior Cup Final - Belvedere College 10, Blackrock College 3!

Most satisfying experience working for EDST: Selecting the team that has us where we are today.

Edwin operates an “open door” policy with all his staff so that nobody feels they must make an appointment to be heard. You may not get the answer you want but you can be assured of a fair hearing! He likes to cook during social events and can often be found sweating over a hot stove whilst employees are drinking wine, playing darts or furiously contesting trivia. Never one to countenance waste he will even make a soup from the turkey carcass following the Christmas party to provide lunch for all the next day!" The Team.
